The coke cap works with proper voltage applied. This Auto lite 2150 came from a running 1984 Bronco that I bought for drive train project. I enjoy doing this and spend many hours on them. Sorry for the long info, just being friendly and honest.
The choke pull off works and holds vacuum. I will include the tamper proof parts that came with Ford kit. I have sold about 15 carbs rebuilt by me and this is one of my last ones. The temperature compensated accelerator pump holds vacuum.
I am a retired Ford Technician who specialized in Provability employed from 1973-2017. The throttle position sensor works with a voltage sweep of about 1 volt to 4.8 volts . The TCP accelerator pump outputs maximum volume when no vacuum applied. The vacuum operated throttle modulator does have a bad diaphragm and will not raise the idle if applied no big deal.
