There is manifold vacuum port in the bottom of should you wish to use. A new soft touch mount kit and gaskets were also installed. The Waterford intake manifold on this setup allows for the proper distance to inner fender well and installation in your MGA or MGB with no modifications engine compartment. The manifold is very nice, looks like it was semi polished back in the day and has all linkage included.
The internal spring is perfect, but this Waterford kit has the extra external and accelerator linkage needed to complete changeover. I have found that a lot of the new Weber's are full shavings and aluminum bits. Includes a period correct chrome topped air filter with replacement foam. It was completely dis assembled and the carb manifold were cleaned in an ultrasonic parts machine to ensure all passageways are clean.
The internals of the Weber are: Pilot jets 45F8, Main 165, Air 160, Starter 100F5, 60 pump jet, 175 needle and seat. The work was done by Rather Racing of MGA racing fame. Pictures show how clean it is and bright. This is a made in Italy, real Weber.
No hunting around for parts to make the Weber conversion work.
