Very smooth throttle pivot motion. Double wall of cardboard added. Plenty of room for bubble wrap/foam protection surrounding the full quadrajet. These mods will eliminate flat spot/bog when going full throttle.

Air lid and base plate gasket set. Secondary air doors notched to allow instant shot of fuel on full throttle.secondary P.O.E shooter holes for a richer initial shot.secondary wells restrict faster refill after throttle rip or long burnout. Rochester Quadrajet 1973 Chevrolet/GMC Car/ TRUCK

Secondary cfm restrict tab carefully eliminated and a adjustable set screw installed to allow maximum 750 rating. Eliminates vacuum leaks past the throttle shaft which cause erratic idle issues. Primary throttle shaft bushings replaced with 5/8 Oil lite bronze self lube versions. Primary and secondary well plugs tested sealed with epoxy.

This allows external adjustment of the part throttle air/fuel circuit very nice mod. Painted with high temperature aluminum paint for appearance and fuel resistance baked three hours Chevrolet Bowie tramp stamp tattoo. Primary side accelerator shooter holes slightly and tested for two fast solid streams. Fully disassembled.

New secondary/choke dash pot and linkage. Idle mixture screw holiest allow a much range of idle air /fuel adjustment. Factory sealed APT plug carefully removed and a external adjustable screw reinstalled. Internal bores casting flash carefully removed with a Dreamily tool and polished.

Set it mild to wild just by turning the screw.
