It did come off a 1952 Chevy 3600. I tried to include a video showing the action of carburetor. Theres another number on the throttle body. It seems to work and feels as it should.

That number is 784518 a manual choke carburetor designed for 1947 to 1952 Chevy GMC trucks with 216 engines. The Rochester B 1-Barrel Carburetor 7004516-C-19 this is the number that stamped on bottom of carburetor itself. To be on the safe side I would definitely rebuild this. All the screws seem to be intact and all fittings in their places.
