Has a nice finish, everything works great as it should. Slight surface rust on the base plate. Was rebuilt years ago and has been stored since. Numbered 5 H4 621S on the fin.

Its in great condition, it would be tough to find a better one. Possibly Plymouth but it was in the wrong box so I m not positive.
