I removed the bowls to show internals of carb are as clean externals. This is an original GM Holley 4 Barrel carburetor. All parts move freely. The 3849804 is the GM part number.
The List 2818 is the Holley number and 421 date code. The numbers stamped into the choke tower are as follows: 3849804 List 2818 421. The factory plating/coloring is still quite nice. This is a very nice carb but I do not know its history so recommend rebuilding/restoration before installation.
