Tag says 2514S and has a tiny F7 underneath. Stored inside for a very long time, gave it quick dunk in an ultrasonic cleaner to remove the loose debris. Be a great candidate to rebuild, see the pictures. Its a Carter BBD from 1956 to 1961 in my research.

It is missing the accelerator pump rod and choke rod, plate loose as someone removed screws.
